Dallas College partnered with Texas Restaurant Association to create and deliver series of safety training/courses aligned with the guidance given by public regulatory agencies.
The project consisted of 5 courses focusing on the restaurant's roles: managers, takeout/delivery line staff, servers, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew. It is a collaborative work between instructional designer, creative services department, marketing, culinary department, and others.

Courses 4 and 5 were fully translated to Spanish.
